oh man have you gus go to hear about my living in wasilla... I and my family have been having a trip of a time... every day is an adventure for us city folk!!!!!

I will tell you abou the things that have happened to us city folk in a list for from 1st to last or most recent event!

1. when we got here the kids wanted to go ride bikes and I had been moving all day so I wanted a glass of wine. but I could nt find the bottle opener I spotted two neighbors walking and asked if they has a corkscrew (they looked at me like I was NUTS_ lik ewhats a "corkscrew"? then I said it the thing you use to oppen wine bottles with, then the got it.) they tell me yeah we live just over here (pointing like they live diagonal across the treet from me) so me not thinking they live 1/2 a mile away start walking with a wine glass and a bottle and two kids.......well my kids get bored and start riding back home. then a few minutes later they come screaming down thte hill MOM MOM MOM chloe (our spotted dog) got BIT by a porcupine.. I say "?" I get to the top of the half mile hill that is just accross the street and see my dog has gone in the woods and got quilled my a porcupine (pretty good too) she has quills all over hte right side and Lou is just holding her and says he doesnt knwo what to do.. I say pull um out. he said aint the barbed..... I said I dont care pul um out its the middle of the night and I aint paying a vet to do that. so he holds her and I yank them out (but the really wernt in that bad the all popped right out but 2 that were in kinda deep)

2. the yellow dog got stung by what we thought was a bee.

3 my kids have been so enthralled by the wildlife bugs and frogs that we have not needed tv at all

4. my daughter Phoebe when in to the woods around our house this morning while the cable dude was here and got stung 9 times buy WASPS yellow jackets we think the really got her good she couldnt move her finger for awhile... and I aint never hear no one SCREAM that was before.. ya'll probably heard her in anchorage!!!!

so needless to say we have been having quite the adventure out here! I miss the city a bit and I am sure in the winter I will miss it more but I think that the country is really nice too..... its so quite out her I can hear the leaves rustle in the trees!!!!!

Being in the nature is great once you get used to it I guess. I have always been a city girl and think juneau is a tiny town lol.

That was an awesome story Boki, but being in the Interior, where you live sounds like upper class to where we live, andI wanted to clarify what exactly is a corkscrew for?

Turns out the ladies I asked for that were just looking at me wierd becuse I had a booger (naw-really they did not know that the house was sold already and we were moving in!)

Nah, we use our teeth (whats left of them) up here in the North to uncork a bottle of grape juice.
